HESA is the Human Ecology Student's Association, which is managed by undergraduate students within the Department of Human Ecology at the University of Alberta. The group was started in the 2000/2001 calendar year.
HESA strives to create a memorable experience for undergraduate students in the Department of Human Ecology. Executive members provide networking opportunities for existing and newly-admitted undergraduate students through numerous social events. HESA also serves as a formal means for addressing student concerns within the department.
The HESA site relocated to its new home in the form of a blog in September 2009. Here you will find information regarding all social events organized by the HESA executives. You will also find details regarding the benefits of becoming a HESA member, and how you can be involved in the operations of the HESA council.
